Sitehotelminder is an independent software company that develops and maintains third-party extension modules for the SiteMinder hotel distribution platform. We are not affiliated with SiteMinder Limited. A pragmatic Mindersite-compatible marketplace for operators who need more than the vanilla SiteMinder feature set.
What we do
Sitehotelminder designs, maintains and sells modular extensions for the SiteMinder channel manager. Each module connects to an existing SiteMinder account through the official SiteMinder API and adds functionality that is not covered by a standard SiteMinder subscription. Everything is billed monthly with no annual commitment, so commercial teams can activate a module against a season and switch it off if the numbers do not land.
Our modules focus on six areas where SiteMinder operators most often ask for additional capability: OTA sync acceleration, metasearch bidding automation, rate parity monitoring, guest CRM, business-intelligence reporting and enterprise API bridging.
We operate on one straightforward principle: hospitality operators should be able to layer best-in-class specialist tooling onto their SiteMinder account without having to replace or leave the platform they already know. Sitehotelminder complements SiteMinder rather than competing with it.

API-first
Every module can be driven through the REST bridge and every operational event fires an outbound webhook. Automation-friendly by construction, not by afterthought.
Monthly, cancellable
All subscriptions are billed on the first of each calendar month. Cancel any time from your Client Area. Pro-rata refunds handled by the Fernabsatzgesetz cooling-off window.
Compliance by default
Every module handling guest data is engineered for the DSGVO and the BDSG. Registered lawful basis per data point. In-portal data subject rights fulfilment.

Predictable pricing
Every module has a single, published monthly rate. No usage-based surprises, no OTA surcharges, no data-egress fees.
